Sign-Up For An Election

To get an election, pre-merger Delta workers need to sign an election request card. There is a form below that can be completed and the Machinists Union will send you an election request card to the address you provide for you to date, sign and return in a postage-paid envelope.

This is not an IAM membership form. Filling out this form and returning a signed card does not require you to join a union. The information will only be used to demonstrate interest in a union representation election at Delta Air Lines. Your right to sign an election request card is protected by law. Delta Air Lines will never know if you signed an election authorization card. 

You must provide at least your full name, mailing address and classification in order to receive an election request card in the mail.

This form is for pre-merger Delta employees only.  Pre-merger Northwest employees are already represented by the Machinists Union, and do not need to submit a request for an election. The total number of pre-merger Northwest employees, plus card signers from pre-merger Delta employees, must equal at least 35% of a combined classification in order for the National Mediation Board to conduct an election for that classification.
